Scope of services

I provide consulting services in the area of delivery management, organizational design, and process optimization for technology companies. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are agreed upon individually before work begins.

Engagement terms

Each engagement begins with a written agreement (email confirmation or contract) specifying the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee. Work begins only after mutual written confirmation. Either party may request changes to the scope in writing; changes take effect upon mutual agreement.

Pricing and payment

Fees are agreed upon before each engagement. Invoices are issued upon completion of the agreed deliverables (or at agreed milestones for longer engagements). Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in CZK and subject to applicable VAT regulations.

Confidentiality

All information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. I will not disclose, share, or use client information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. I will not reference a client's name or details publicly without explicit written consent.

Intellectual property

All deliverables (reports, recommendations, frameworks) created during an engagement become the client's property upon full payment. I retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential knowledge gained during engagements in future work.

Liability

My consulting services provide recommendations and analysis based on professional judgment. Implementation decisions remain the client's responsibility. Liability for any engagement is limited to the total fee paid for that specific engagement.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel an engagement with 7 days written notice. If cancelled by the client after work has begun, fees for work already completed are due. If cancelled by me, any prepaid fees for undelivered work are refunded in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Prague.
